Henry Quinton Wise

2005 Effingham County Sports Hall of Fame Inductee

Henry Quinton Wise was reared in Rincon, Georgia.

Henry Quinton Wise has been involved in sports his whole life. While attending Effingham County High School, he played four years on the baseball and basketball team, as well as one year of football.

After his high school career, Quinton remained active in sports by playing over 12 years of softball for his church, First Baptist of Rincon.

He played church league basketball in the Effingham County Church league.

Quinton stated that participating in various sports has been an important part of his life. Many of his lifelong friendships were formed while playing on a ball field.
