The New Fire Dept

The New Meldrim Fire Department was built after a tragic fire that consumed the Old Meldrim Fire Department that was established in 1965. Members consist of people within the community as well as the surrounding area. More information will be added as I get it from the current fire department.

The Old Fire Dept

This is what remained after the tragic fire. The words "Meldrim Volunteer Fire Department" on the sign are still legible in this photo and are a reminder of the role of the community.
