I have built this page along with a separate page for each of the individuals below to showcase the many sports talents that have come from Effingham County. I've highlighted the residents of Meldrim that have been recognized by the Effingham County Sports Hall of Fame at the top of the list below as well as marking them in red. Meldrim has always had athletes in various sports that excelled and made enormous contributions to sports in our area. Thank you for taking the time to honor the Meldrim residents below along with all of us here in Meldrim.
